FAQ

Common questions

By scope. After discovery we issue a written cost breakdown (design, development, content and production listed separately). New requests added mid-project are quoted separately — no surprise uplifts.

A website is typically 3–6 weeks; a management system 6–12 weeks, depending on scope and feedback speed. Key milestones are agreed before we start.

You do. At handover the client receives the source code, design source files and documentation. Our reusable components and third-party open-source libraries remain under their original licences.

A defect-fix period is included as agreed in the contract, after which we offer a maintenance agreement or per-request support. Routine content updates can be handled remotely.

Yes. All five services can be booked individually. If you already have designs or a front-end, we can handle development only, testing only, or production only.
